Those miles easily add up to quite a sum if you travel enough.
It's a lot easier to use the points as SE with IKK at no premium. Additional points are useless if you cannot use them. I have, in another thread, "complained" that many flights on many routes are released initially with only 1 or less I seats.
I'd any time give up my 50% bonus as E in return for IKK for both I and X at no or nominal premium.
One can just as easy to collect Aeroplan points by using credit cards, car rental and hotel stays, etc.
