+1. In prior years, I have used both Citi and Chase visa cards to pay taxes via officalpayments.com and there were no cash advance fees or interest from Chase or Citi. Such payments are treated as credit card charges (which makes sense as the 2%+ fee charged by the merchant is in turn needed to cover the bank processing fees).
