Response I got:

The Provincial Sales Tax is 10% of the $2.50 License and Tax Fee, $50.88 Airport Concession Fee Recovery, and $233.77 time charges. Goods and Services Tax is figured on time charges, miscellaneous fees, and LDW. The Airport Concession Fee Recovery is currently 14.29% of the time charges,
LDW, and License and Tax Fee.
