I just wanted to give a quick update.

I called British Airways and spoke to some EXTREMELY professional people. The CSR spent over an hour on the phone checking every possible route on the planet from VPS/PNS to NRT. Sadly, there were no normal routes available. Only insane ones "VPS to DFW to LAX to Brisband Australia to Sydney to Narita" and likewise on the way back.

The guy on the phone said can be tough to use miles, especially with how limited they are.

It really is sad that I have 206,000 BA miles and am unable to use any of them. Not even for an upgrade or anything.

Right now tickets are costing about $1720/person to Tokyo with taxes/fees for a decent itinerary not requiring overnight stays.

I REALLY do appreciate all the help you guys gave though! Looks like I will have to figure out something else to use the miles for.

If anyone has any suggestions on using the miles or a good place to buy tickets I would really appreciate it.
