I just finished a rental with Hertz today and was puzzled about the billing (and still am). This is how part of the bill looks like, maybe someone could shed some light for me before I ask Hertz.

PST 10.000 28.72 {This is where I am lost, 10% of 236.27 = 28.72? or am I missing something?)

CON.FEE RECOVERY 50.88 (When I booked it, they said 14.29% for YVR, so not sure how 14.29% of 236.27 = 50.88)
