By the time I posted in this thread, the TSA's acting administrator had already publicly disseminated -- internally and externally, including publicly -- this TSA propaganda.

No, your focusing on what you want of what you said and mainly ignoring your comments on how this was pulic propaganda. I have already agreed this was internal propaganda, I simply fail how you make the connection with attaching this letter to public propaganda, as you claim it is. This is where you have to twist things to suit your argument.
So you are correct in part of what you say, but incorrect to tie this to TSA manipulation of the public.

I agree, this letter was internal. It was not meant to influence, manipulate, the public.
