I don't see how that has to do with internal propaganda. You are clearly and specifically talking about public manipulation. But I'm sure you can do as QUERY suggest you have done and twist this so that it means whatever you want, right?
With regard to your last paragraph above, talk about a stupid "query" given it's not a query but a useless accusation that has nothing to do with the topic and is built on hot air (if even that).
Read what you just cut and pasted above.
TSA's "propaganda to rally the TSA" -- it's there in my own words that you cut and pasted.
By the time I posted in this thread, the TSA's acting administrator had already publicly disseminated -- internally and externally, including publicly -- this TSA propaganda.
