Additionally, all of the JFK transcons are marketed as Business as well. They are the DL7XX series of flights and are JFK - SAN/LAX/SFO/PDX/SEA/DEN/PHX. As BT8Y noted, JFK-LAX and JFK-SFO are truly Business Elite, but the others are just domestic first.

There are some 763s which have a domestic First class configuration (the ones with 4 rows in the front cabin.) There are no more 764s with domestic first; those were the planes that were reconfigured with the Thompson flat-bed seating. But regardless, the configuration of the front cabin doesn't have any bearing on the labeling of First/Business on an all-domestic flight. It will always be First if the flight is Domestic; always Business if the flight is International.
