Well, aren't we getting spoiled about those individual screens in coach!

Due to the AA employee who gave away my 'good' seat on a recent flight on AA from Europe, I was stuck in what had every reason to be the worst seat on the plane. The last row, very last row, inside.

However, when I told the FA that my good seat had been given away to someone else, I suddenly became the queen of the airplane and had a wonderful trip. There I was 2 feet from a toilet and having to crawl over a sleeping man to get out.

It worked out surprisingly well. Caring FA's made a difference.
