For Dutch FB Amex you receive 2 miles per euro spend if you spend more than 15.000 euro per year with the card. For lower spend it's 1 mile or something in between depending on how much you spend.

The plus option allows you to receive 2 miles per euro regardless of how much you spend. But I don't have to plus option and still receive 2 miles per euro because I spend more than 15.000 euro a year.

Wonder if this action will start for NL Amex as well, would be nice to get 4 miles per euro spend for three months!
