I really have to wonder about TOL myself. When I went there I'd always just fly into DTW and drive it. The airport is even on the right side of Detriot and the fare differential wasn't worth it.

Getting back to topic - I'll share what I think was the ultimate short hop flt - CO's old service from IAH to Ellington field out by NASA. Not only was it short but it was considered to be 'Houston' so you could fly to Ellington for nearly the same fare as IAH and end up with an extra 500 EQM and segment. I cut my MR teeth doing that trick. Those were the days....
