Blanket emails must be hugely expensive, and maybe tomorrows newspapers will include some full page ad as well
Anyways, QANTAS don't have much of a track record of public apology, is that true or just my impression, you have to wonder what has initiated this, a huge drop in sales, in already tough times? Some spin doctor advising them to do it?
Rest assured, thosse who were actually affected would have got something... trust me I know
