Thanks for the information.

I tried to call the number on the Citi web site (800-374-9700) for more info and they are absolutely clueless about this new card.

They said to go to a branch.

I can see it now, go to the branch and they'll refer you to this CS number.

Amazing how poor Citibank customer service is.

I sometimes wonder why I stay with them.
