In my opinion, apart from the 'plasticy' meal presentation (no linens and everything is plastic except for wine glasses), Jetstar's Starclass product is equal to or exceeds Qantas domestic Business Class.

Edit: The food on my StarClass flights was actually pretty good, although Qantas Domestic Business Class is usually a bit better...
