I have been surfing for a week to get the best price to fly 3 to KOA in June. My son is 16 but 6'6" and knee problems so coach just is not good for his knees. I would love to go for lest than a small fortune... any ideas? I have enough domestic miles on AA an a lot of Amex points. I will have to add in a "pot of gold". I am flying DFW. I have tried DFW-LAX coach and Business LAX-HNL with same the return but it still comes out $5k. That really hits the budget... I thought you might have some thoughts! Thanks!
