The helpful lady at the customer service desk today pointed out the (VERY) small print to the offer - seems it does not apply to something callled the "bargain CD chart". As that is where Madness Ska is bedded, together with my own choice of Michael Jackson and Take That, we have an explanation for no recognition by the till ...... despite the pricing sticker firmly promoting the 500 point offer.
So another well thought out, and well implemented Tesco promotion
