No. Address info in the ESTA is optional. I can't be bothered filling it in for every trip (indeed sometimes I won't have computer access in between consecutive "visits" to USA) and have not had problems by leaving this blank. The address info in API is what matters and is compulsory to be entered before departure of your flight.
