What surprised me even more about receiving the letter is that they mailed it to my work address in KAZAKHSTAN!

Over the past two years or so, since moving to the former Soviet Union, I have done a fair share of flying on various airlines.

I have always been impressed by the service I received from AC staff, both in the air and on the ground. I enjoy flying AC and will go out of my way to do so if it means paying a bit extra for a Y fare compared to a lower cost fare on a different airline.

To all those AC employees who follow this board, and to the ones who don't, keep up the good work.
