And this was an 'enhancement', not that it hadn't been loaded. I think the last time we took a night flight to India in F the cooked breakfast had also been enhanced away.
Is this true and if so ? If it is, then tanking up in the CCR is the best option. Once on board, tell the CC that you'll eat just prior to arrival, and hopefully there are some items which are bearable as breakfast. Would be a shame as the full F breakfast is consistently the best meal in the house imo.
Glad you told us as we're looking at burning some miles to India later in 2010.

Hopefully somone can confirm.
