How so? There is no upgrade on a 1-class CRJ, so there would be no coupon. And if you are connecting from a mainline flight on which you didn't get upgraded, presumably you would have used the coupon on that flight.
Unless I missed something, you get only 1 drink or 1 snack on the entire itinerary.
