I was invited by the Captain to visit the flight deck of the aircraft last month (one of the new Airbus planes). I came up, looked around, had a coffee and a chat - it was a very nice break in the middle of a long overnight flight.

Today, a letter from the Captain arrived at my office, thanking me for travelling on Air Canada, and hoping that I enjoyed the visit to the flight deck.

I am quite impressed that the Captain would go to the trouble of sending me a signed letter, typed on Air Canada letterhead.
