Air traffic controller are eligible. I got the booking code directly from the Hilton reservation hotline, when I asked about airline industry fares a couple of years ago. So just send them a mail or call them and they should give you the code. But as B747-437B already said, don't forget your work ID, they will check it almost everytime.
