Order the authorized user card and get that at least approved, or preferably arrived in the mail, before actually using either card, and get it linked to the MR account you want it linked to, BEFORE using the credit card for the first time. If you use the credit card before having the authorized user added to the credit card account, or before having it linked to the correct MR account, you might not get proper credit where you want the points, etc.
