Have BA booking, have ESTA for USA, now what to do ?
Office have booked me for quick trip to USA without giving ESTA details. I have this separately. I can't see in MMB where you enter the number against the reservation, only the application for a new ESTA. Do I actually need to enter it before OLCI ?
