Fidelity Rewards Amex also has a 2% cash back feature. It's also issued by FIA card services like the Schwab First Visa. The problem I believe for Schwab is that they structured the reward to automatically deposit rewards every month (no minimum). This Fidelity Amex auto deposits only when you have earned $50 in rewards or $2,500 in spending. There is a 1% fee for non-US dollar transactions.
If your goal is to avoid foreign currency fees, check out Capital One cards. They are actively marketing the Venture card and although it has an annual fee of I believe $60, but there are no forex fees. Also, some PenFed credit union cards have no foreign transaction fees.
