At its most basic the maxim is simple. The right seat to the right passenger at the right price.

The basics are quite intuitive and I believe members of this community who have a good intuitive grasp of the principles. It only appears complicated because, like in everything, people have not had the opportunity to learn by doing.

I dare say that the key points of being a CSD are a complete mystery to most who have not done it.
