This is not possible. As i posted earlier, I tried to do this as a favor for my cousin who has no status and they denied me the ability to get him those seats. They told me they were only available for elite members who are flying.
Your only bet for this would be if you have a friend on the flight who is elite, they can request the seats on your behalf when they request theirs. That might work.
