Hi All!

Okay thanks to ALL of your recommendations and some exploring on my own, here's where i'm at... it's 4PM, and i'm EXHAUSTED. I did the following:
- saw some random buddha temple, actually about 50
- ate pad thai
- visited the grand palace
- visited the shrine of the emerald buddha
- rode in a tuk tuk
- got a river taxi ride
- saw a snake show
- fed monkeys lettuce
- rode the public transit here
- wore a python
- got myself totally freaking exhausted............

For me, the highlight of the day was the snake show! I have a bunch of pics, and i'll post them later.

I need a recommendation for dinner, though... I see that the Banyan Tree is highly recommended, and I'll be sure to at least go there for a drink, but... it looks a bit too rich for my blood for dinner. Is there anything right near there that is high quality thai food, accepts credit card, tastes delicious, and costs half as much? THANK YOU!
