I have used the Risk Free refund many times and it almost always posts within a couple days, a week at most.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company. I've done that for a couple things and always been amazed at how easy it is to do this and how effective. The credit card companies upheld my dispute both times and refused to pay the merchant.
