It is now 35 days since cancelling a Delta reservation within their Risk Free Cancellation policy, but am still awaiting the $637 refund. Special Services CSR Agents have repeatedly assured that it only takes 7-10 business days, so the refund request is in the second submittal period (gave them a 2 week head start to correct the problem before submitting first refund request).

So what recourse is there if DL finds some excuse for reneging on their guarantee?
Anyone have any prior experience in this area?
Per my last call, CEO Richard Anderson heads up the Refunds Department; surely he's not such a micro-manager!
