The last reviews that I could find for this hotel was from 2007. I just stayed there for four days last week.

I am impressed that they can keep the spirit of hospitality so well in light of the big vacation crowds. The lady staffing the Universal Studios booth did a nice job of getting us a last minute shuttle to Busch Gardens. Their Guest Services Manager was very accomodating also.

The pool is surrounded by their two tower buildings, so it is often shaded. We did not use it much, though, since we were so tired from running around at the parks.

Their shuttle service to the parks is provided by Mears. It is very restrictive, only going to each park one time in the morning and returning once at night. The I-Drive I-trolley worked just as well, and only costs $1.25 per one way trip.

Typical HS evening reception and BK. Nothing remarkable to comment on there.

No problems with noise. The hotel sits back from I-Drive. Very quiet.
