I just checked in for a flight with my wife. We are both flying on award tickets under the same PNR. The woman at the ticket counter would not put priority bag tags on my wife's luggage only mine. I called the Diamond line and they were unaware of the priority bag tags benefit. My wife's bags never did get priority tags. On our outbound flight all of the bags received the priority tags. Did something change or did we just get luck on our outbound flight?
