I must disagree. One thing that I forgot to mention (my fault) is that there were 4 gate agents at C11 (final departure gate) the whole time. While I definitely agree, it was not the gate agent's fault re: changing gates 2 times (that is an AA ops. issue) - the real problem was that none of the 4 gate agents at C11 (final gate..)) bothered to call down to the plane to ensure the cabin was ready for boarding.
How hard would it have been for one of them to do that?

I just don't think the jetway thing should have happened.
As a result, you had 100 people standing around jetway unnecessarily.

The other thing is that it was wrong of no one at AA to apologize for the inconvenience.
