Well DFW is not the only airport with 'sleepers' Xmas am in MIA had to wait about 20 mins to get the jetway moved in place, the captain had to apologize 3 times for the delay and he even said " we just called them for the third time" Airport did not appear that busy.
Return flight next day, 30 min wait to get pushback.
