See my earlier post on AA at BOS. I'm not the least bit surprised that the gate agent was "asleep".


I understand that these folks may be a bit shaken, but that is no excuse for the substandard service that seems to be the norm.

For all you AA folks out there, I will be instructing my travel agent to put me on United metal from ORD to BOS until I hear that things have improved.
