If you can fly may 5th there is 1 Business class ticket JFK - PVG odd times and such but you can do a one way in Business on the new configuration for only 62,500 miles then look for a return one way. Gotta love the new one way bookings.
If you're NOT a Chinese national, keep in mind that you should book the return trip as well before you go on your trip as Chinese immigration official may demand to see the return trip itinerary.
This is the same for many other Asian countries where they would not admit you if you only have a one-way ticket.
