Oh no, now I am worried. I was wondering if having the issue sent to marketing was just a ploy to get me off the phone. Our issue is only slightly different than your problem. The voucher has never been posted to the BAEC account. Supposedly I received an email from Chase saying that we had a voucher, but it was sent to an old address, so I never saw it.

I imagine that there are others having the same issues.
