This card was a nightmare for me. The 2% is great, and the online balance updates very quickly. I had a lot of fraud on the account recently, and had a real hassle getting it straightened out. I got bounced back and forth between FIA and Schwab card services, fraud, and online banking.

It turned out that someone had hacked my password and signed directly onto FIA to get temporary card numbers (a feature called 'shop safe') to withdraw cash at western union. After a dozen calls, no one could seem to explain to me how to change the logon access with FIA and block the shop safe feature to prevent it from happening, so I closed the account.
