I've written to AA twice-- hasn't gotten me anywhere but the polite "your letter has been forwarded to baggage service for further review..."

I think the Premium tags are useless- and dont bother to get them on when the gate agents forget to put them on. Twice I have had the Premium tags plus my Platnium tag on my bags and my bags didnt show up at my destination. And when they do show up, they aren't the first ones off...

AA's entire baggage system needs to be redesigned.
