Anyone ever tried to write AA letter about ineffectiveness of PREMIUM tag on luggage?
Like most business travelers I rarely check in my bags. I just returned from a 13 day, 6 leg personal trip (in BC and FC) with my wife. We had 2 bags checked and they had the PREMIUM tag attached by the check in agent.
This didn't help at all!!! We had to wait forever at each destination. What's the point of getting out of the plane quickly if you have to wait forever for your bags?? I don't understand why AA is so horrible (compared to many other airlines) in actually putting premium PAX bags on the carrousel first? We wasted a lot of time for no reason but bad practices at AA.
Has anyone tried to talk to/write AA about this?
