Denver Deal of the Decade was a direct response to WN and F9 in the Denver market. It was fly one RT from Colorado in >Q class and get a free ticket (L class) anywhere in NA + 2 CR-1's. This was a direct response to WN's fly once from Colorado in Biz Select and get a free ticket.
So yes, it does happen.
