The glasses and the table cloths are a catering mistake. From time to time it happens I've seen AA coffee pots, AW glasses, Delta pretzel bags, TWA napkins, we just go with the flow. For wrong napkins we're just to place them logo side down, and glasses you just try to serve w/ the logo not facing the pax.

Most of the other carts are interchangeable to the AC except for the New Tech Carts which are in Y on the 747, 757 & 767. I believe that UA is the only one to use these type of carts.

The New Tech Carts are the Y meal carts which only heat the meals on a pad and the rest of the of the items are to remain chilled. These are the trays that don't lie flat on the Y tray tables.

The other type of carts are tray carts and just have different spacing for soft drink bins and glass rack or just room for glass racks and meal trays. These are the carts that have the CA 777 or CA 727 on them but as mention before have nothing to do with the AC type.
