Galley Carts - Are They Unique to a Specific Plane Type?

On a recent NRT-ORD flight I was served white wine in a US Airways wine glass instead of the typical United one. Of course, I immediately started to think where both US and UA have international operations overlap and where UA has 744 service. I thought of FRA, but then began to wonder if the galley carts were interchangeable between the 747, 777 and 767's.

Does anyone know if they carts can be swapped between the fleet? I'm assuming someone just mis-catered the wine glass, as all the others were United glasses.
