Perhaps I would have been better off on a United 767 or 777 with newer seats.

And I have had a handful of "surly" Continental cabin crew, but not many. I think the woman in Newark who wore a hair net is long gone. (That was in the early 90s; I remember her on a flight to London. Eeek!)
