I remember that whether or not re-screening is required to go between schengen and non-schengen has changed in muc (eliminating a screening that used to be necessary in one direction), but I forget which direction it was.
Thanks.
Actually.. this is what I recall: I thought that when arriving on a Schengen flight going to the US (non-schengen), there was never a security screening required in MUC. I thought that the other way around though, arriving eg from the US non-schengen, and wanting to connect schengen, used to require an additional screening, but does not require an additional screening any more for like the last one or two years or so?
Please let me know if I got this wrong (I don't connect in Muc very often).
If what I say is correct (may well not be!), seems like I could head over to the Schengen SEN lounge with the other passenger, without any security screening and therefore without having to show a boarding pass?
Thanks.
