Even as "Stay at One, Dine at All" it is shonky - your meals at the other hotels are added to your bill at your own hotel, but you don't get Starpoints for them!
That's correct so if you use "Stay at One, Dine at All" or similar then be sure and hand the waiter at the other hotel your Starwood card so they can give you the points.
