You can't judge an airline by such a small sample of flights.

While I love CO's BF, I have flown UA TransPac J on a number of occasions and have always found it excellent. Service was professional and friendly, food was very good and the space was wonderful.

On the other hand, while I love CO BF, I have certainly experienced indifferent service in BF.
