When in Texas I head to one of the several County Line locations, though the original in Austin (Bee Cave Rd. just past 360) is my favorite. Nothing beats sitting outside there on a spring day with a view of Hill Country and big slab of beef ribs!
The view at County Line is great. For BBQ though try one of the places in Lockhart, or Iron Works or Salt Lick.
