The GO cuts, I presume, are a combination of the major funding cuts to public transportation in Ontario by the Provincial government and lower ridership than other services. That's nothing compared to the $4B in public transportation works halted in the City of Toronto (the other world-class city in Ontario, besides Mississauga) perfectly timed to have been finished before the Pan-Am games!
