Delta AMEX Reserve: Getting Ready to Downgrade
I signed up for the AMEX DL Reserve for Business about one year ago mainly due to the (now expired) 5% rebate on Delta purchases. Without this rebate I cannot justify the $450 fee and therefore plan to call AMEX to downgrade to the Delta Platinum SM card.
I do like the SkyClub access and am therefore wondering: is there a history of customer service offering any kind of incentive to keep the Reserve card when one calls to cancel? My annual spend is $35-50K.
